We love our premium products and we’re confident that you will too. But if you’re not happy for any reason, just let us know and we’ll do what it takes to make it right.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We always accept returns or exchanges on these items. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To start a return, contact us at forevercase1@outlook.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Make sure the address on your order is correct. If the product is shipped to an incorrect address, we will not be able to refund your purchase once it’s sent to the wrong address.

Exchanges
If you want a replacement item, the fastest way is to return your original item (once accepted) and then place a new order for what you want.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
